Cats are being stolen from Paris en masse, and it is up to two unlikely Frenchie doggy detectives, Oscar le Pooch, le One Spot Wonder and his sidekick Claude de Bono to sniff out who’s behind this. Their journey takes them through the streets of Paris and across Europe, where they team up with some questionable characters to track down what’s going on. Will they find the great, graceful cat crooner Feline (Fell-een) Leon in time before it’s too late?
